Horrible service

I usually order from donatos on bathal rd often for lunch while I'm at work! I only get a one hour Lunch for work... Usually they take 30 to 40 minutes to deliver! I called at 11:30 on the dot and got off the phone at 11:37! They finally got here after 12:30 which was way past the quote time they gave me. So therefore I had to clock back in to work, and not eat! Not to mention, I'm pregnant and really can't miss my lunch hour! When I called the manager at this location, that was it for me! She was by far the most rude person I have ever dealt with, and I am in customer service myself! Yes, she apologized... But then continued to tell me how it was MY OWN fault! I was dumbfounded by her rude remarks to me! Someone like that should not be aloud to work with the public because she ruined my entire day.... And it's my birthday.... Thank you to that manager for NOtHING! I don't want a discount! That girl just needs to not be able to work with the public ever again!
