The wash works OK when it works. The problem is that it often seems to not work. It takes your money, but doesn't turn on. The coin return doesn't work. Lately, they removed the stickers that tell you how much time you get for how much money, or what the minimum is to get it to start. The sign says that an attendant is on duty, but they never seem to be around when you need them. I called the number on the sign to get a refund, but they don't return calls. I had to drive home with soap drying on my car after I lost $5 in their machines. It wouldn't be too hard to use a crowbar to get your money back since the attendant is never around.
