Worst experience I took my excited and happy 8 ear old to finally get her ears pierced, at her request... Here is what happened at Claires in the Meadow Wood mall, in Reno. They are rude, and have NO clue what they are doing. They started by placing dots on her rears to show where they would place the earrings. The lady in charge argued with me when I said the target dots were not even and she kept insisting they were in the right spot to place the earrings. Her co worker agreed with her, and told me they were even. I got the manager, and asked her opinion of the placement dots. She said they were not even. Manager had the girl remove the target dots and start again. I agreed finally the dots were in the right place, and then they placed the earrings in her ears, but TOTALLY MISSED the target dot. When I pointed this out, they said the dots had leaked with the solution they out on her ear. This was not the case, as they had wiped her ears with alcohol 5 minutes before and it evapor
