They use bait and switch contracts, they do not honor the federal regulations allowing the consumer 3-days to cancel, they do not completely fill out the contracts properly, and they continue to deduct payments when they have been ordered to stop legally. Buyers BEWARE - you are dealing with a business that is not honest and reputable if you deal with Integrity Alarms in Fullerton, California. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating
