The people at Royal Cycle are very knowledgeable and friendly. If whatever's wrong with your bike can be fixed easily, they'll fix it on the spot. We've had very old bikes completely tuned up and had to leave them there for a couple of days--we've also had several small things wrong with bicycles which they've fixed immediately for a very reasonable price. This is not a glitzy show room with high prices--it's a down-to-earth wooden floors shop with people who know their business and treat you very well. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable.
