Called today after my air conditioner went out. The technician who arrived spent approximately 45 minutes puttzing around before telling me he was "bowing out" of the job. Mentioned something to the effect that I had a "complex" system that he wasn't knowegable enough to deal with, and referred me to another company in the hope they were more proficient. Never explained what the issue was and left the heater/cooler system in pieces before fleeing and leaving me in a 100 degree household. A consumer has little recource other than sites like this to voice their displeasure. Because of my job position I do have a lot of contact with the community, and I will utilize it at every opportunity ti disuade anyone from utilizing Inland Metals, Clarkston, WA.
