Charged us for every single second possible, poor sales pitches for equipment and services no one needs. Woman claims herself to be a it guy and sales person and will charge you for acting as both. Not even sure if shes ever seen or ever worked on a computer which ended up being a waste of time and money they skirted around, before the “big dog-owner” as they called him arrived. About the same experience level as the woman and much ruder by the way. Anyways we used them for abut a month, spent 2grand, then moved on. beware

Excellent repair shop. Easy to get in and out and great communication from dropoff to pickup. Was referred by a friend and I will be doing the same!
laptop and dekstop were fixed in about 24 hrs and i was updated during the whole process
