I was very disappointed with this office. From scheduling to retrieving my records. I made an appointment to have 1 test done and when I showed up for my appointment they told me I must schedule my yearly exam then and there or I won't be seen to have my other test done. I told me that would call and let them know because I needed to check with my work. It took them arguing with me to let me go ahead and have my test done without scheduling my yearly exam at that exact time. Then when I made the appointment to have this test done I told them I also wanted to see the DR at that time so I can ask some questions. Well I had the test done and then they said the DR was to busy to see me. This was a huge thing. And then I had this test done and they didn't even have someone doing the test that was fully trained. I had someone in training with no one watching over them to administer the test and they just told me afterwards "oh we'll call you with results".

After all that I was fed up so I decided to find a new DR. In the meantime this DR kept calling me and sending me letter after letter telling me I have to make my yearly exam appointment so I called and told them that I found a new DR. Well then I called to have all my records faxed over to my new DR and they charge you a fee to have everything transferred to a new DR which I don't think is right. They are MY records, they said even if I came in person to pick them up I would still have to pay a fee. They are my records and I should be able to do what I want with them. I have also been struggling with years of infertility and they didn't seem much help or caring. Just kept passing me from DR to DR for more tests but never would tell me what's wrong or what the tests came back at, maybe they didn't know what they were doing them selves and you never seen the same DR twice. I was a very UNHAPPY patient!
