Spent a weekend at the marina, and ate here 3 times. Breakfast was nice, but the fish and chips were excellent. So good, I had some for lunch then went back for a late dinner and had them again. The lunch serving was just right, but the dinner serving was humongous! (Priced accordingly) They have music at night, and quite good at that. Great outdoor seating in 2 areas, both with good views but with indoor seating as well for a more laid back quiet meal. You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Good service as well.
Your facility is what I need and appreciate. You are right on top of things and that for sure keeps me coming back. (Really, it's Dr. Jess that I keep coming back for and his expert sense of hiring great people to help in his office) We are very satisfied with your services. Although with 3 dogs, the cost is getting more than we were used to . But it is fair I'm sure to anywhere else. To me, there is nowhere else for my small animals.
As a real estate investor, the “numbers” are very important to me. I want to know exactly where I stand with my income and expenses. Most property managers provide disappointingly simplistic financial reports which leave me unimpressed. Majestic Property Management, on the other hand, provided me in-depth accounting and financial data. Upon request, Majestic gave me quarterly cash flow statements, year to date income and expenses, 12 Month Budget Comparison reports, Year over Year comparison reports showing income and expenses this year compared to last year, a Property Comparison report showing the operating results of all my properties side-by-side on 1 report and forward looking projections based on historical data for my properties. If you are an “analytical type” like me, don’t accept mediocre reports when you can get in-depth reporting from Majestic
We were in the middle of a heatwave. Gilmore responded within 24 hrs which is unheard of in the Sacramento heat. I was very impressed with Brandon. (Diagnosed within minutes, repaired within 1/2 hr, very neat, clean, frendly, professional).
The moving company I originally hired couldn't move me at the new date, So I called Air 1 moving. Mike who answered the phone was very kind and assured me that the movers will arrive on time. Sean and soul and Ruben arrived to my old house in Fremont and did a fabulous job. I was very happy with their manners and kindness
I had my senior doxie's teeth cleaned at Aborn, all was good, no complaints. I frequently foster rescue dogs, who all go through this clinic first, for various treatments such as spay/neuter and dental work. When I pick them up at Aborn, they're always happy.
The staff is super fast and efficient. Very well run business. Be sure to check out this place before going to another place with a $20 coupon. Always ask about the bottom line price AFTER the coupon to compare the real deal.
