We had our A/C unit hooked-up by Novak, and were satisfied with the work they did. However, when we requested additional duct-work from them to complete our setup, only an hour's worth or so, we were told we'd have to wait a couple days before they could come out again to complete the job. Two weeks passed, we never received a call or answer to our email. When we finally got a hold of Patti on the phone, she mentioned they had been too busy to help us, so busy she couldn't take a minute to call or email us to inform us we have been put on the back burner... Needless to say, we'll be hiring another company to complete the job and service our A/C unit in the future. Unfortunately, even though the service technician Daniel was very professional and pleasant, I cannot recommend Novak and have no plans on trusting them again to service or repair our A/C unit.

My wife Elizabeth and I hired Lane to replace our pool pump and filter, as well as clean out our pool that sat for over 3 years before we purchased a property in Brooksville. IN dealing with Lane, we feel we were victims of a typical bait and switch scam, were sold used equipment we did not request, and to make matters worse, $600.00 later, we are left with a mucky, half empty pool nowhere near as Lane's promised
