The company I work for uses TriNet and I have always had positive experiences with them. They have always submitted my requests for PTO adequately and timely. Everytime I had to contact customer service, the rep is always polite and thorough. I had an issue with my health benefits package a few months ago and within a few days it was all sorted out.
