The only reason this got even one star is because I did not have the option of giving it a zero. I sent an iPhone here to have the screen replaced and it proved to be out of the ability of this business to provide that service. After replacing the screen with another cracked screen, we tried trading in the phone for another iPhone. This iPhone did not work so we got another one and we have now found that the camera doesn't work on it. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience and would advise anyone looking to have a phone repaired to take their business elsewhere. After almost a month and $50 spent, they still haven't provided the service that was paid for.
