This so call lawyer by the name of Paul Fernandez, located on 630 Park Ave, Paterson, NJ 07504is nothing but a thieve. I requested his services as a lawyer to represent my wife and I in court on May1,2013 at 5:00 pm and never showed up in court for the hearing. I was charged $ 100 consultation fee, and $350 on 04-24-2013. As my wife and I were done with the proceedings and were paying the summon given by the court, this individual showed up and did not even address us. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER, THIS IS NOT THE LAW FIRM YOU'D LIKE TO USE TO REPRESENT YOU. I HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE BBB, HOPEFULLY THIS WON'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. MY NEXT STEP IS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I couldn't erase the other star for some reason, they don't even deserve 1.
