Would buy again and again

A company and vender. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the time I placed my order to the time I installed my order, I was treated like the most valuable customer there ever way. Ralph was there to answer questions along the way and help me to choose the best product from the huge list of options.

I purchsed my dash from Ralph and it was shipped quickly and arrived all in one piece looking amazing. Getting it ready for install was quick and easy and the results were amazing.

Order battery box as well. I would go back to Glass Action any and every day of the week.

Don't go anywhere else. I made that mistake and had to pay for it!!!!! Now, I know that I will always go back to Glass Action for all my custom needs.

Ok, but only if your local

I have ordered a hood, all fenders and running boards. Here's my opinion:1. Office Staff - A So nice and friendly and great to work with2. Shipping F------------ If you are local, or can pick up then might not be bad. However, the shipping company they use is less than desirable, expensive and unreliable. Also, Mark V does not package their product to avoid damage. Took us weeks to fix the damage from shipping only. The pieces were not secured, so they flopped around and scratched everything and even caused a huge hole/dent. They tell you that if there's damage you have to take it up with the shipping company. Well, the box as undamaged, so it's not their fault that the package contents were not packaged properly.3. Overall quality of product. What's below an F-? Parts did not fit, in fact the running boards will never be used. One fender is 2" longer than the other and again required a ton of "fixing". I purchased new fenders to avoid the repairs on 40 year of OEM. Knowing what I know now, it would have been faster, cheaper and better to stay OEM.Overall, would I recommend. Nope.
