Bottom line should be your last choice. I bought a house brand new that Bottom line built, worst mistake I ever made. Drive around my neighborhood ask anyone you see, you'll hear the same thing. If I would've known my house was going to rot to pieces because they didn't want to caulk or use flashing around my doors and windows, I never would've built here. Because they saved $25 when they built my house, it now is gonna cost me thousands to fix. Do it right or do it twice, and second time it's gonna cost you!
