Roger Davis in general is a good company. Great equipment and they allow you to pull more loads per day than other companies. Their pay per load isn't as high as other companies but I found pulling extra loads I made more. Roger Davis himself is pretty easy going. The down fall is his driver manager Chad Chelsie. In my opinion he is a poor excuse for a manager. In essence he doesn't manage anything aside from the schedule. All he does is tell you what time to be in the yard and maybe your diaries. Any issue's they may occur he runs to Roger for everything. If you work for them make sure you are buddies with Chad or he will throw you under the bus every chance he gets. Other than that, I would recommend this company for any milk hauler. I was thrown under the bus several times. I left them and went back to hauling HHG and make real money.
