We have been doing business with Nina's for 10 years. I understand there has been changes in ownership during that time. But, my wife dropped off my sport coat (Ralph Lauren $350.) to be cleaned in August of 2012. When she asked for a ticket she was told she did not need one, we were in the system. Upon returning to pick up the jacket they said they had no record of it.I spoke with the owner who happened to be in the store who told me to call back Friday.I came by a week later and there was no sign of my jacket
