The apartments are infested by roaches and other insects. There is trash in the streets because they are too cheap to pay for daily trash pickup and they don't have enough dumpsters. The laundry rooms are filthy, apparently they are never cleaned. Paint and carpeting in common areas are worn-out, and the common areas are not cleaned regularly. Parking is inadequate, often leading to parking over a block away. They invent reasons to have residents' cars towed without warning and force the residents to pay $140 to get their car back.

I hired Simplified Living to clean my townhouse when I moved out. After they left, I found that they had taken my brand new Dirt Devil mini vacuum cleaner, 2 boxes of cleaning supplies that I had packed to load into my car, and most of my refrigerator magnets. Hire them at your own risk!
