While I have never had any type of waxing other than eyebrows and so have nothing to compare my experience to, I can say that Xac could not have been any more professional and pleasant to work with. She explained to me each step and made sure of exactly what I wanted before we started because I did not understand what each type of process included. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was always comfortable. I scheduled my next appointment before I left! Thanks Xac, this was a wonderful experience. You have a long time customer.
