These folks are great! I had dropped my smart phone and the screen went black on me although still funtional I couldn't use the phone. Ah well, right? I'll just go get another phone and switch out the sim. Tell me why I switch out the sim that had once contained 100% of my contacts before having placed it into the phone I just broke now only contained roughly only about 30% of my contacts?!! And my carrier is T mobile which doesn't automatically back up the contacts in a cloud, you have to do it manually which I had never bothered to do. I go to Geek squad, I go to T mobile and nobody does data recovery on smart phones. I need my contacts! You don't realize how lost you can be until you've broken a phone and especially if you've lost your contacts. I find these folks and they were able to retrieve all my contacts within a couple hours of navigating through the phone and it's systems. Thanks, Rudy
