I own a duplex in Oklahoma City, however, I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I contacted Environmental Solutions Specialists, LLC when I was notified by the health department that my tenant was hoarding cats and they had condemned the house after complaints were filed by my neighbors from the odors. After inspection there was water damage with growing mold and the horrific odor of cat fecies and dead animal. I had no idea! ESS came in and gave me guidance as to what needed to be done and wrote out a detailed scope of work with pricing. Their crews got in and did a completed remediation of the duplex which required a total remodel. They utilized new green technology that completely eliminated the odors and sanitized the home. They restored the home after remodeling and it was amazing coming in on time and under budget.
