Best was at my rental property over the weekend to fix the Furnace. I expected him to charge extra because it was Sunday but he kinda laughed and he said "your Furnace doesn't know what day it is" from that moment on I knew I had called the right company to fix my heater. Mike was just such a pleasure to work with from begining to end. It is so hard to find a good reliable heating and cooling company these days because everyone seems to be tight with their money so most of these guys charge extra just to make a buck. I did mention this to Mike but again he had a bit of humor about the comment. He said "I would rather make meny more bucks later." He was a bright guy and I will tell all of my friends to call him too! I believe that Best made a good decision when they desided to hire Mike to represent their company.
