Mizu manufacturing policy and delivery is rubbish as is THmotorsports

Hi, I waited for nearly a month for a Mizu radiator I order and finally after hearing nothing from THMotorsports with whom I ordered it from, I followed up and now nearly a MONTH LATER all I get from THMotorsports is lip service about how they can't control the manufacturer and it will be another month before receiving my part. Yet in this day and age how is it possible that it should take 2 months to get a commonly manufactured part delivered? Especially a high performance part for motorsports which has a schedule competitors need to meet. I'm sorry Mizu and THmotorsports you've seriously dropped the ball on this one and a new customer to boot who'll not be seeking anymore business in the future with either company and will make certain all who is interested knows the lack of customer service provided by both companies.. Shameful, to say the least and a clear reason we're being beaten senseless in the customer service arena in the US these days by competitors around the globe..
