Look I have put a phone call into Harvey. Today 11-14-2012. I work done this recent summer. I will keep you posted. On any thing that is resolved. Or if it is not. I have let him know. I have the cpy of contract. And read further reviews on BBB.
This was nothing as promised. I had large box hedges removed. And the trees I told Harvey to put in front yard. Where supposed to be the same as at McDonalds of Johnson City, Tn. And the same kind at AppleBee's in Johnson City, Tn. He was to remove all grass in rock garden. And put down mulch. He did neither. He put down compost. That is free!!! He charged my Mother $3000.00 What a joke!! Come by and look @ 4060 Hwy 394 Bluff City, Tn landscaping job. Before you hire him!!
