This company doesn't receive even one star but I have to select at least one. They are horrible slow at taking care of my simple auto claim. Really dragging their feet and use a third party adjuster. Their "corporate office" doesn't answer the phone after 5 p.m. and on weekends. The number listed on the website for "serious claims" is disconnected. What a bunch of hog wash!!! No wonder their premiums are low - if you never need to file a claim, guess it's okay if they just continue to take your money and don't offer service when truly needed. I am truly disappointed and wonder if the Texas State Board of Insurance is aware of their inadequacies!! Beware.
