Pay First Get Poor Results

I have given Jodi $6000 for a site $1000 for Branding and $2500 for the development on another site. She does not deliver as promised she provide pretty pictures for the background but none of the substance you need for the site. She showed me other sites tha were up and running and advised I would get a turn key site I was aware I would need to get content other than the main page what I got was the background pictures and the layout. Incomplete no content no training. For the design package she was suppose to do all the branding Twitter, Facebook, Signature lines for Outlook as well as business card layout and stationary layout. I got the Twitter and facebook and the one picture of the seahorse no other design work. I gave her $2500 for the design work for a Natural Wellness site which I received nothing but a jpg of what the site was suppose to look like. I would not recommend her for any work whatsoever. She never returned my calls set time after time to have phone conversations and never answered and I spent call after call after email after email. If you want to waste time and money then she's your designer worst experience ever. I have considered filing suit but I have decided to leave it to the court of public opinion. Horrible experience for me and what upset me the most is she got me to trust her and all in I'm over $10K in and have minimal design and a site that I have to figure out on my own how to launch and get content.
