Perhaps if there was another business that offers the same product...go with your gut feeling. So we tried to make it the best trip we could....didn't get to far. Ray the owner is completely a scam artist and tells you what you want to hear. Ray charges are over priced and the service was terrible from when we got on the bus to the end of the trip. Noticed Ray has been arounnd the bus at stops, collect money and bail. Promises upgrades in the bus and then doesn't follow through.Booked this bus for my daughter's homecoming this past month. There was water but it was warm, the air condiioner was warm, the driver was hasty, the speakers on the bus were blown, no cd palyer, i pod or tv as promised. There was no hostess like promised until the bus picked her up at a local gas station. Are you kidding me? So we finally got to the high school and we were sweaty and hot...no pictures because the guys and the girls looked like wet seals dressed up.On the way back, the bus ran out of gas so we needed to stop. All of our belongings ended up in a truck of someones car. The bus was not cleaned up and beer bottles and wine bottles were all over. We even noticed popcorn kernals on the seats and floor. REALLY??When we arrived back to our home, we have contacted Ray, the owner....no answer for a week. Then when he returns his phone calls he played like he didn't know who we were, made excuses and excuses not to refund our money and told us that he would report us to the authorities for fraud. No contact, no money, nothing. Poor service and business ship from Ray and the business.Bottom line... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is not a business man you want to deal with. He is a scam artist and will steal your money. We are positive his priced fluctuate and Christmas is coming, be prepared to pay a millionaire price for a loca cab ride.
