I worked at a Namco for a while. The amount of complaints about products sold there was ridiculous. It's true the pools are cheaper than almost anywhere else, but you get what you pay for. The high end pools there are nice, and rarely have issues. Not so much for the pools in the low-mid price range. Sadly, don't expect great customer service either. Most issues get sent to corporate. When I was working at Namco there were only 3 people working in customer service at corp. There are 48 store locations, many of which sell multiple pools every day. Like I said, the quality of some of the equipment sold is questionable . . . with that many pools going out the door customer issues get backed up. The culture there is SELL SELL SELL. Short term profit, not long time customers.My advice, don't let the prices lure you in. The company is very reluctant to take returns, and there's a ridiculous restocking fee Filters/pumps/ladders/decks are junk Don't trust recommended installers
