Do NOT EVER order a floorcloth from this company, Dennis Belanger (Owner ) made a floorcloth for me, He told me the order would take 4 weeks, I was begging for my floorcloth six months later. The floorcloth started to peel seven months later. I sent back the floorcloth to be repaired in January 2011, and to this day, September 11, 2012 He has NEVER sent it back to me, He would call me or email me telling me it's in the mail, It never came, I have tried everything to get my rug back, BBB, Attorney General, even the Williamsburg police, but with no avail. This man is a crook he took my $600 dollars and ran. There are other companies out there a thousand times better then him. He is nothing but a THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
