am a lanlord and not happy with the service. i scheduled an appt with the receptionist and she mentioned price. never mentioned tax. i left the check for the $250 with my current resident as agreed when i scheduled the appt. once the worker arrived. he was given the check. he mentioned the price to pump the septic would be $270 or he would not do the job. she with her 2yr old and not wanting any problems gave the honneydiper's worker the $20 out of her own pocket. i was informed and called honneydipers. i explained the situation and was told by the rude receptionist the extra $20 was part of the tax. she asked what to you want "me" to do? i explained i wanted $20 refunded. i asked to speak with someone who can help me. put me on hold and mentioned she could not find anyone to help me. i asked for her supervisor or manager would not provide one. she mentioned i can speak with the owner, but he was not available. i asked for his voice mail, "he doesn't have one" i asked when will he be in, her response was "i dont know"....all the while screaming her responses to me. i also mentioned how my resident was treated, she did not believe me and saying "he would not say or do something like that" and would not give me the workers name. not happy with her rude responses and worst off she hung on me. horrible service. will not use them again.
