I wasn't impressed with them.. very rude and snappy. Don't know what their problem is, but I'm not going there again. How hard is it to be more courteous and follow simple requests?

I don't know what's up with this guy.. but no matter what kind of customer you are, you'll almost always be confronted and called nasty names. "Idiot" and the like are heard as 'filler' words in response to your questions. I guess he also sells on eBay under the handle of recycledpetsupply: he HAD to move the business online, since his in-person customers usually run for their lives. I hope he closes down or something (and I am not a vindictive man).
