I cannot thank you enough for all you did for me (and my car)!!! When I blew a head gasket and started looking for someone to do the repairs, I knew it was going to be costly. What I didn't expect was to get an estimate for the work that didn't go up and up and up as you actually worked on it. I so appreciated not being spoken to like I was an idiot and I also very much appreciated the rides to and from the shop. I admire your honesty , thoughtfulness and friendliness. I will absolutely recommend your business to all of my female friends especially, because it is hard to find a garage that is honest with women about what needs to be done! I am so blessed to have found you!

Upon signing a new lease for another year, I discovered a couple unpleasant changes that were made. I signed because I didn't have time or the extra money to make a move at this time. Suhrco took over management of this property December 2011. Under the prior management I had a 5% discount on rent due to being a disabled person. The new management company took that away. They also now want a deposit of $100 for my satellite dish. I have lived here for 5 years! I view the removal of the rent discount an increase in rent
