You be the judge of how ridiculous this is. My son is going to be 4 years old in December. I just got the final receipt today (7/31/2012). I have been fighting with them, trying to get them to bill it properly. I didn't even get the first bill until it was already 1 year behind. With my insurance, I'm unable to appeal after 90 days, so that wasn't possible. Then they wouldn't work with the insurance. After 4 years of battling, involving 2 of my HR benefit managers, insurance broker, appeals department, 2 of their managers, they finally got the bill right. There is no excuse for this. The best part was being treated like a dead beat b/c I didn't want to pay the $2200 that I knew I wasn't responsible for. Their department was lazy and didn't feel like trying to bill it to the insurance
