Agent informed me that she "basically works for free". Answered her cell phone during showing. Very Rude and Unprofessional service.

First off....The agent I contacted representing McCarthy Real Estate felt the need to explain to me that she didn't work for free and wanted to make sure i wasn't with another agent.
Secondly, she had the nerve to answer her cell phone during the viewing. Did not ask politely if she could answer the phone. Had a 5-10 minute conversation. WOW.
Lastly, she wanted me to sign a "consumer guide to agency relationships" brochure for auditing purposes. I told her i wanted to read it first. She did not like that answer and said she was on the board of realtors and wanted me to sign the paper. I told her i wanted to take it home and read it. She got all nervous and said i needed to sign it, trying to bully me. I told her i would NOT be intimidated.
I then said i was leaving and told her how unprofessional it was of her to answer her cell phone. She then stepped up to me (a short fat chubby lady) and started making excuses loudly. I told her I needed to leave.
