Extremely Rude Manager

About a year ago I dropped off my feather bed to be cleaned and it was $40-45. I dropped it off a week ago and picked it up today and the manager said "$85 cash" without me asking like she was ready for the price to be an issue. I spoke with the manager when I went to pick up and she acknowledged that it used to be $40 a year ago but that prices went up. When I asked why she didn't mention prices doubled when I dropped off she said because I didn't ask. I kept my cool and asked because of the miscommunication could we compromise and I'd pay $60. She said there was no mistake and it was my fault and that the lowest she could go was $75. I asked again about $60 and she said she had no ability to work with the prices (which made me think if you can drop it $10 why not more in certain cases). If a manager can't work out customer service issues then what is their job? She said she didn't know when the owener would be back and the only way I could reach him was the number at the store and only if he's here. She was EXTREMELY rude to me and I could go on about what she said but I'm only allowed 1500 characters. It ended with her trying to pull my featherbed away from me and ripping the plastic and her dirty hands on my once clean feather bed that I just paid $80, twice as much as maybe a year ago. I did lose my cool at the end when I told her she was a terrible manager but I was shocked at her attitude and how she "deals" with customers.
