He was working on my relatives property and I heard Tom degrading his electrician for no reason other than the fact that he thinks he can treat people the way he wants to.. I also know that in the past couple of years alot of guys have been injured on the job. My relative watched one of Tom's employees take his harness off and throw it to the ground but only to smack the guy working below in his face splitting the guys face open. We all know that Tom hires illegal mexicans too. I actually heard that the irs is in the process of doing an audit on him so that the feds can charge him for hiring illegals.I just spoke to a guy who was hit with the bucket of a skid loader and his leg was shattered by Tom's brother who is also the foreman. Tom later found a petty reason to fire him. I also know that one of his electricians was busted for marijuana a couple of months back. That guys on the fire department too. All these comments here are right on target except for the Bin Building Company Owner who is obviously friends with Tom and if it's the same bin building company that comes into town every now and again lets just say weve heard what he really thinks of you too.. There is never a reason to give a child molester a chance to get ahead or guys with felonies or druggies. We all know Tom too and most of us would not use him either if we had some one else to use. We know that Tom is unstable and we know he's a drunk. We don't like the fact that he throws a beer drinking party every year and calls it Earling stock. We figure it's him trying to redeem himself to people who would rather not see him live in the community.I've talked to a dozen or so guys that have gone to that party who can't stand him because of how he treats people. Some buy into him but most don't. My advice to you is spend your hard earned money wisely.
