If you HIRE a Bail Bond Agency the Fees they Charge are NONREFUNDABLE.

I have never done business with this company and cannot confirm or deny the accusations in Upset Citizen's review, I just felt the need to clear up a misunderstanding. When you are arrested, depending on many factors the judge will set a bail amount (unless bail is denied). You can post bail yourself, or if you can't come up with the money you can "hire" a Bail Bond Agency to pay bail for you on the promise that you will return to court. When you return to court the Agency is off the hook for the amount of bail they put up for you. The Bail Bond Agency will charge you a fee for their service, as any business does. If the charges are dismissed the court returns the bail money to whoever paid it. If you HIRE a Bail Bonds Agency to put up your bail, the fee you pay them is nonrefundable. Whether you are guilty or not, the Agency did the work for you and you must pay them. They don't have to revoke the bond in order to keep the money you paid them, it is already theirs regardless.
