After countless appointments that they failed to keep, and being made to wait for almost 4 hours to get the oil changed in my VW Jetta, my husband and I reluctantly brought my car in for an oil change this passed Friday. Over the weekend, my husband and I noticed that my car was leaking oil. The following Monday, my husband called to complain and see if he could bring the car in to get it fixed. Nancy Sud informed him that it would be Thursday before they would be able to fix it. He took the car in anyway, and the tech admitted to leaving the plug loose after checking it, resulting in the oil leak. Although the tech admitted fault, the customer service department, including Nancy Sud, was rude and actually admitted to not caring whether I brought my car back to them in the future. I was told that I "If you aren't going to bring your car here anymore, then why do I need to do anything for you?". Seriously, the WORST customer service ever!! Never going back there!
