I purchased a riding mower on a Sat. and was promised delivery the following Monday. Didn't happen. Called the store owner, Troy, and was basically told that was too bad and I could have it a week later. After seriously getting upset with him, he arranged to have it delivered the next day. Oh, it came the next day - but I had purchased a "new" mower. They sent a floor model that had been outside, covered it dirt complete with rusted blades. Needless to say, I sent it right back. Followed the truck to the store and demanded a full refund. Jack and Mason, the employees there, were very apologetic and wanted to know what could be done to resolve this matter. Troy was no where to be found.... I got my full refund and will not shop there again.The delivery guy was very nice and understanding as where the employees. Only problem was with the owner and his attitude. But they have lost a customer because customer service should be a major concern and it was not!
