This is the worst realty company. I agree with the other reviews. The previous office staff at Marlow Heights Apts didn't seem to care about the tenants. They just didnt' seem to care whether you were there or not. Anyone seems to be moving in and those same people get put out or move out. I have never seen so many empty apartments in the many many years I have been here. Bozutto owns these apartments and they also don't seem to be paying attention to the type of realty company they have running this place. If Bozutto is going to make so many upgrades, then get a company that actually cares instead of a company just out to get money.
