Pathetic

I would agree VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE and did not deliver. I had 2 awful experiences and will now NEVER go back. I don't care if I have to drive an hour. First experience I have a new vehicle, I get it service very regularly at the dealership I bought it, I needed an oil change and was going away for the weekend and was running low on time, I brought it there because I work in madawaska and needed it done during work hours.. They called me several time (umm I'm working, and do counseling so no I'm not gonna interrupt my depressed client to speak to them) I go pick up car, get loads of attitude for not answering saying that I needed more work done and it was going to cost me close to 200. I called my husband he said all of those things r BOGUS and not to mention the dealership would have caught it if it was wreak issue, needless to say they were not impressed when I took my car and left, had it checked later... And like we thought NOTHING wrong...... Second time, they quoted my husband a price for some part said they would be in Saturday, he goes and they r not in..so he tells them my wife will pick it up monday... I get there they DOUBLE charge me and treat me like dirt for challenging their price... My husband talked to them, they changed their story..... PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they close.
