I went to RMG for an MRI without contrast. The technician said my physician made a mistake by not ordering contrast. I told MRI technician Rider it was not a mistake, my referral was for without contrast and I did not want any injections. Technician Rider chose to ignore my direct order not to inject and I immediately went into anaphylactic shock. This was despite the law of informed consent and the law that a physician must be present in the facility where the procedure takes place. It gets worse with these criminals
Dr. Michael C. Spellman was caught in a conspiracy which started as an illegal unauthorized contrast injection. Rather than follow a do not inject directive and referral, the patient was injected with contrast dye causing an immediate anaphylactic reaction causing permanent injuries.
Rather than admit their violations of patient's rights and several medical laws, they chose to alter the patient's medical records, lie in depositions and in court, and conspired to hide the details of their confirmed illegal activities.
In an attempt to stop the patient from telling about what happened, RMG proceeded to file for restraining orders while lying on the applications. The orders were denied due to the evidence.

The drug interaction is exactly the situation I was trying to avoid when I made it clear I did not want an injection. RMG technician John Rider chose to ignore my referral for an MRI WITHOUT CONTRAST. RMG violated my right to INFORMED CONSENT. Then they lied, altered my medical records and conspired to cover-up the details of the illegal injection.
RMG manager Becky Shoemaker told witnesses, technician John Rider injected me and was not supposed to but stated, "Don't you go repeating that," while waiving her finger back and forth. These are dangerous criminals without ethics.

Barry Clement Marsh is guilty of perjury, producing altered documents to witnesses & court, acts of perversion and conspiracy. Mr. Marsh has violated a sacred public trust, that of being an officer of the court. Marsh knows the law and should be disbarred and jailed.
He is a threat to the judicial system and deserving of the indignation and contempt of decent society. Mr. Marsh must learn in our society that this wrongful use of our system of justice will not be tolerated.
I also found out Edward Hinshaw was convicted by the State BAR of California.
I fully intend to defend my reputation from the criminals at Radiology Medical Group. After injuring me through intentional negligence, RMG has continued to harass and extort money from me by manipulating the judicial system. This activity must not be allowed. They are the worst kinds of criminals conspiring to lie and cover-up their acts under the guise of upstanding physicians. They are not, society must stand against this type of perverse activity in the medical field.

The Goldman Law firm was caught lying to a civil court judge about excessive travel expenses. Normally this could have been just a mistake. Watch out. They do not believe in patient's informed consent. They injected contrast against my referral and direct order not to inject. I had an anaphylactic reaction and had to be taken to the emergency hospital. I am now permanently disabled due to these criminals. This is one place you don't want to go to. They don't believe in "informed consent". It is a right and ethical obligation. They conspired to cover up injecting me with contrast even though I told them No contrast which my physicians referral confirmed. I had a anaphylactic reaction and had to wait 20 minutes for a doctor to show up that was not current on life saving techniques.
