We ordered one pizza for delivery. An hour later their driver still couldn't find our place (there are explicit instructions on the slip). Called the restaurant, he's "near"... 20 minutes later called GrubHub, who called on our behalf. NOW the story is that the driver had a car breakdown.
An hour later, still no pizza. Same driver calls (he has a 2nd car?) and STILL can't find the place. Restaurant calls and says they're cancelling the order because it's too much trouble.
(We live at a major intersection.)
If they are willing to lie to one of their own corporate partners (GrubHub) imagine what they'll lie to YOU about!

The office is run by extremely nasty people who are irresponsible, and could NOT care less about clients. They'll lie and cover up for each other.

The staff is RUDE, condescending, patronizing, unhelpful, and prone to "drama" - if there were one of those hidden camera shows that focused on vets - THIS place would be a prime candidate.
There are better vets in the area. Your pet deserves one of them.

Apparently there is a new owner and new management. Sadly, the entire operation has fallen apart. Delivery is no longer reliable, and if you complain about anything you will be abused by the staff and actually threatened by the "manager" (who doesn't know the name of his boss).
Does this sound like the sort of place you'd feel safe going to, let alone taking your family?
Until the management is fired, I would HIGHLY recommend keeping your distance.

Fuddruckers has a reputation for having high standards at their restaurants. This location is the exception to the rule. It's dark and dirty (which is probably why it's almost entirely empty during lunch?) - and the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. After talking to "management" I understand the problem - the management is 10x worse than the staff.
If you've been to Fuddruckers before - this is one to avoid at all costs. If on the other hand you are a producer for one of those "save a restaurant from itself before its too late" --- you might want to get there ASAP, though perhaps it's beyond saving: corp HQ has been silent on the matter. I don't know if that means the company is going downhill overall ... I hope not.
They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and refuse to refund the customer's money if the customer is in no way satisfied.
