There are times when we get old that we often neglect our personal grooming. Being old can contribute to the feeling of unwantedness and unloved. Like my grand mother who is old, she is not able to do the things that she is not able to do when she was young. Incontinence can be controlled with the proper diet, training and most of all exercise. All of these health tips were made possible and performed by a wonderful caregiver from Assisiting Hands. They were patient in giving exercises to my grandfather who is now 78 years old. He is old but still agile and cheerfull. The Caregiver did not give up even though at times it is most difficult to train my grandfather to control his pee. I am grateful for the caring hands that these people share with us.
My Grandfather is old and is now in care of Fairfield Family Care in Stamford. Their caregivers address one of the problems of old age. Incontinence is not able to control your body fluids from comming out. Their caregivers are able to train and exercise my grandfather's body so that it could help him live a better life.
