The office staff is very rude and makes you feel unwelcome. They seem to be bothered when you arrive and never smile! The ladies are very demeaning to the spanish speaking population. I for one have never seen such a poor display of professionalism!!!

After being a long time customer I would expect better customer service. Instead I received two phone calls over 14 days of having my vehicle. He also "LOST" my keys and never bothered to call me to inform me. The owner proceeded to yell at my husband and complain that we expect too much of him? We expected nothing but professionalism, customer service, and common courtesy, not to mention getting our car fixed within a reasonable time! He lost a customer and I will never refer anyone to him ever again.
