I've lived in Grants Pass for more than five years. The best thing about Grants Pass is There community is good here i volunteer at a church giving out food and clothing for the homeless people in need of help.

Hi this Heidi I'm trying to help Doug Allen family his mom and dad goes to church there they live in Fouke Arkansas there home is a couple of miles from there. His mom and dad lost there home in a fire his family did not have enough funds to build a home. The church and the community got together and help them build a home with what they could find. The home is built with siding wood and no dry wall, no insulation to keep them warm.His mom has help with the Katrina damage there was 300 people that stay in the church and his mom Betty Allen cooked for everyone in her small kitchen and brought it down to the church and help everyone. His family goes to church every time the door opens and there very heart warming family. I have wrote a letter to Abc Extreme makeover home edition about the family and they have sent a video in. I have started a petition online that i'm asking families that know them to read it and sign it. It's called A petition of pray and hope for the allen family.
