you guys were the most competitive out of 4 other calls I made in the area. quick, efficient, wonderful follow-thru. My initial contact with your phone representative was super. She thought outside of teh box not knowing what the problem was and made sure to send along another part just in case it was more than the window. Turns out it was the issue and without the part I'd still be wrapping my window with seran wrap. THANK YOU!
