Grow Financial Federal Credit Union took almost $900.00 from my bank account AFTER a cash withdraw, without my knowledge or consent. They never informed me there would be a fee and kept it hidden from me. I decided to sue them. Grow Financial Federal Credit Union hired a legal team to fight the case. In court, they threatened to counter sue me all in an effort to harass me. They were fully aware that I had no intentions of spending more in legal fees then what my original lawsuit was for. After withdrawing substantial cash funds from my money market account I was charged a $885.00 withdraw fee that was not disclosed to me- until I went online and saw that they had taken the funds from my checking account, leaving me vulnerable to insufficient funds. I have complained to the NCUA, BBB and it looks like I will have to sue them. My letters to Robert Fisher CEO have gone ignored and replies by Grow to both NCUA and BBB have been filled with lies.
