Worst experience ever with a photographer! We had a 3:30 appt., plus we had our 13 mo. old with us and our 9 yr. old. We were told it would be 20-25 mins. after our scheduled appt. before we could get in. 40 mins, later we finally were called. Took a few shots and then we asked if we could have a white background taken just with the kids. He said that's fine, then we had to wait for the next room which would be another 15 mins. We had to wake up out 13 mo. old from a nap for this appt., which I know wasn't their fault, but she was a little more cranky towards the end so we just ended up just cancelling the appt. and going somewhere else. Couple hours wasted.
