Who Should one Call if They Suspect a Neighbor Child is Being Abused?
"The answer can vary from state. Most often one should call law enforcement. Within a municipality the city police. In a county situation it can vary from county police to the sheriff's department. DFACS, or Children and Family Services normally investigates abuse within the family. The best thing is to call 911 and the emergency services will connect you to the proper agency for your area and location."
